Grading Disclosure

This Grading Disclosure explains how cards are represented on Grail Mix. Most cards offered are professionally graded, slabbed cards: the grade, certification number, and grading company shown for a card are taken from the grading company's own certification record as entered by the listing shop. Packs marked as raw contain ungraded cards, and the listing shop states each card's condition.

Grail Mix does not grade cards, does not verify a grading company's assessment or a shop's stated condition, and offers no opinion on condition beyond what is shown. The grading company's published standards govern the meaning of each grade. Once a pack reveals a card to you, its certification number is shown and can be checked directly with the grading company.

The listing shop is the seller of record and certifies that the physical card in its vault matches the record shown. If a card does not match its listing, the in-app dispute process in the Terms of Service applies while the card is in the vault or in transit to you; after delivery, contact the shop directly.
