We collect the account details you provide at sign-in (name and email address), records of your purchases, sell-backs, redemptions, and communications with shops, and the technical logs required to operate the service securely.

We use this information to operate the marketplace: recording ownership of vaulted units, settling payments through our payment providers, arranging redemption shipments, and meeting our legal obligations, including tax reporting where applicable. We do not sell personal information, and we share it only with the service providers that make the platform work — payment processing, shipping and tracking, email delivery, and error monitoring.
