Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Grail Mix, the closed-loop marketplace for vaulted, professionally graded trading-card slabs operated by New Game Plus Ultra, Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service after the effective date shown above, you agree to these terms in full.

Grail Mix is a venue. Participating shops are the sellers of record for every box you open; the platform provides custody coordination, settlement, and record-keeping services. Store credit on Grail Mix is denominated in US dollars, is spend-only, and is funded exclusively over an irreversible payment rail. Credit cannot be redeemed for cash and never expires while your account remains in good standing.

Ownership of each vaulted unit is recorded in an append-only ledger. Title to a specific physical slab passes to you at the moment a draw is committed, and the holding shop retains custody of that slab as bailee until you redeem it for shipment or sell it back within the sell-back window. Disputes are mediated by platform administrators through the in-app process described in these terms.
